The custom-fit external insulation was specially designed for the Ford Panama P10 and P10+, the Laika Kosmo Urban as well as the Bürstner Copa C500 on Ford Transit Custom V362 with short wheelbase It was developed. It fits perfectly on the open pop-up roof and reliably protects the tent bellows from the elements.

The 8 mm thick insulation material consists of heat-bonded polyester with an inner layer of open-cell polyurethane foam. The trapped air provides excellent thermal insulation and helps to keep the temperature in the sleeping area significantly more comfortable. In winter, the heat stays in the vehicle longer, while in summer the roof heats up considerably less.

Another major advantage is the significant reduction in condensation. Because the tent fabric is insulated from the outside, the inside remains considerably drier. This protects the material, prevents unpleasant dampness, and ensures a comfortable indoor climate – ideal for restful nights at the campsite or when wild camping.

Assembly is incredibly easy. Thanks to the self-supporting material, the thermal cover is simply placed over the open tent bellows and securely fastened with the sturdy Velcro fasteners. Everything is assembled within minutes – completely without tools.

Particularly practical: The roof surface remains completely unobstructed. Solar panels or roof racks are not affected and can continue to be used without any problems.

After the camping holiday, the thermal protection disappears into the included stuff sack to save space or can be conveniently spread out and stored in the roof bed.
