Upgrade kit for auxiliary heater Volkswagen VW T6 with Climatronic

Upgrading auxiliary heater to parking heater VW T6 - Climatronic Simply upgrade the auxiliary heater of your VW T6 to a parking heater. Suitable for the following vehicles with fuel-operated Webasto auxiliary heater and Climatronic air conditioning: VW T6 - Climatronic  (automatic air conditioning, see picture) Description: This upgrade kit transforms your existing auxiliary heater into a parking heater, enabling operation even when the vehicle is stationary. We use our "CAN Gateway T6" for the upgrade. This gateway connects easily and "plug & play" to the existing connector using a vehicle-specific Y-cable. No modifications to the vehicle or the auxiliary heater are required. Many VW T6 models already come equipped with the Webasto auxiliary heater from the factory; this is especially true for the Multivan, California, Caravelle, and Kombi versions with rear seats. This is a hot water auxiliary heater that automatically activates while driving to help the engine reach operating temperature more quickly. Unlike a parking heater, an auxiliary heater cannot be operated while the vehicle is stationary. Control of the interior blower In vehicles with Climatronic, the interior blower and ventilation flaps are controlled by the CAN gateway. No additional wiring is necessary. Controls After the upgrade, you can switch on the heating and/or ventilation with an analog +12V signal. This means you can connect any control device that provides a +12V output signal. Possible controls; selectable separately:

• Switchable via 12V contact (standard); e.g., via 12V thermostat, 12V switch (provided by the customer, not included in the scope of delivery)
• Webasto Multicontrol; The Webasto comfort timer; menu-driven user interface, 7-day timer, instant start function - heating or ventilation at the touch of a button, status indicator via LED and display.
• Webasto Telestart T91 remote control; The Webasto radio remote control, a small handheld transmitter without a display, Range approx. 1000m (with line of sight to the vehicle)
